Smart Ward Solutions and EPDs
Smart Ward EPDs are displays utilising ePaper to display various patient information (Smart Ward Electronic Paper Display).
Utilising such displays, allows caregivers within medical environments to be able to easily and readily access information such as basic patient information, treatments prescribed or even their treatment schedule.
These displays also include integrated buttons which their functions can be customised to suit the hospital’s needs and patient’s needs such as a button for emergencies or even a button to simply hide the patient’s information for privacy.
The larger 42″ display also has an integrated touchscreen which could be used for various functions such as allowing the patient to indicate their current pain intensity or to check upcoming treatment schedules.
What are Smart Ward Solutions?
Traditionally, caregivers used methods such as name tags or whiteboards to convey information about patients. Smart Ward Solutions aims to replace these traditional methods with modern AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) technology, enabling healthcare workers to provide the most suitable care efficiently.
